HOW TO ORDER?
There are two ways to order successfully on our website.
Method 1: REGISTRATION AND REGISTRATION
In order to make online purchases and order products in this way, you must be a registered user and log into your account. The advantages of this method are: order speed (data required to create an order are already stored in the system and do not have to be entered each time), saving previously selected products in the shopping cart and special advantages for registered users such as wish lists.
Method 2: CONTINUE AS A GUEST
(for users who do not want to register). If you don't want to register and track the history of your orders, use this option.
Method 3: Contact us through Messenger. The icon is displayed in the lower right corner. This way you communicate with support girls, can ask for advice or ask a question.
MY BASKET
Select the product you want, add it to the cart by simply clicking the Add to Cart button and start shopping.
You can easily remove any added product from the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon.
When you have entered all the information and read the terms and conditions, mark your consent and click the ORDER button.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal for Online Orders
The right of withdrawal for online orders is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, no refund or exchange is possible.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.
Some types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, disposable items, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are excluded.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rossen-kosmetik.de and send your item to: La Mila, Tödistrasse 4, 8854 Siebnen after contacting us.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
